The residence is set in a sought-after location on the edge of La Baule-St-André golf course, which has 36 + 9 holes, and is situated by hole 12 and 13. The main pro shop and club house is just a short drive nearby (3km) and this is now the biggest group of courses in western france.

The centre of La Baule is just 5km away and the beach 6km. The residence is 3km from the village and shops of St André des Eaux, and 17km from the extensive natural park La Grande Brière.

The residence is set in a 2.5ha park with a heated outdoor swimming pool (180m² - open from May/June until the end of September weather permitting) with a terrace for sunbathing.

There are only 30 houses, each with terrace and garden, some on the edge of the golf course or overlooking the pool area, and 31 apartments with either terrace, balcony or access to the garden. The houses and apartments have a well equipped kitchen area including 4 hotplates, microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge, a living room with fireplace, french television (extra charge applies), garden furniture on your terrace and parking space. The duplex house type CCT 2 bedrooms for 6/8 people is 60m².

This house has a living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with either a double bed or 2 single beds, and an extra sleeping space with bunk beds. There is a bathroom with a bath, and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is well equipped with 4 hot plates, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, crockery and cutlery for 8 people.
Every house has a terrace with garden furniture.

A FREE children's club for children aged between 4 to 12 is managed by reception, from 30/06 to 25/08/2012 and runs 3 half-days days per week. Contact reception for more details.

Barbecues are not allowed within the complex.
There is one washing machine and one dryer on site.

1 FREE child entry per family at Planete Sauvage safari park with Dolphins (Nantes/Vendee). That means for every 2 adult tickets purchased, 1 child goes free.

The pool is approximately 1.70m deep.

Open all year long, Fleurs de Lys is a group of houses, with a heated pool open from June to September, set in an 8 acre park, on the edge of the golf course by hole 12 and 13 and by another hotel- the main pro shop and club house is just a short drive nearby and this is now the biggest group of courses in western france - 36 holes + 9 holes and a practice. see photo.

There is a grocery shop in St André at about 3km, and another one in Escoublac. They open from 9.00 am till 1.00 pm on Sundays. Otherwise, there are many supermarkets in the area about 10 minutes driving distance. They basically open from 9.00 am till 8.00 pm, Monday to Saturday. The main market is in La Baule, every day except on Monday.
