This recently built residence with a non heated swimming pool, is in an ideal situation half way between Saint-Tropez and Cannes, and only a few kilometres from Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphael. Accommodation and facilities

The residence, built in traditional Provencal style - with ochre-tinted facades and sloping roofs, covered with old Roman tiles, blends well in a the 2 hectares Domaine, of Oak and Eucalyptus trees, which overlook the "Etangs de Villepey" nature reserve. 
And it is only 2.5 km from the centre of St Aygulf and its sandy beaches. 
There is a path going along the ponds, which takes you to the beach in 30 to 40 minutes.
Residence Saint-Aygulf consists of 1 main building and 11 smaller ones. 
A total of 80 well equipped ground floor or first floor apartments for 4, 6 or 8 people.

The apartment for 6/7 persons is approximately 48 m².
It has sleeping arrangements for 3 people in the lounge area.
There is one bedroom with 2 single beds and one bedroom with one double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, 4 electric rings and an oven and a dishwasher.
There is a bathroom with separate WC. Satellite TV is included in each apartment.
Every apartment has a balcony or a terrace, with garden furniture, and there is heating if required .
Small animals are accepted (extra cost).
The residence has security agents to ensure a quiet stay.
