Our 1st floor apartment is part of a newly converted barn, offering a peaceful location with mature gardens & stunning views of the Pyrénées mountains. Self contained with its own entrance & free onsite parking. Less than 5 minutes drive to town. Just off the A64/E80, an hour’s drive from Toulouse. Up to 3 people, 1 double & 1 small single bed. 100% Cotton Bedding & Towels. Breakfast basics included, see below. Over 50 m2, the apartment comprises a large open plan area with kitchen, bedroom, dining and lounge area. There is also an en-suite shower room. It is a lovely airy space with ceilings over 3m high & exposed oak beams. The bedroom area has a double bed 140x190cm. A small single guest bed is available on request in the same room, if you need the second bed please advise at the time of booking. The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave & cooker, as well as all the usual kitchen items that you may need. On arrival you will find fresh bread, jam, butter, cereal and milk as well as tea, coffee, fruit juice and sugar for your breakfast, yogurt is also available on request. Free off road parking & secure internal storage for bikes, skis etc. Ideal for those who work remotely, as there is a desk with views of the mountains. There is also a high-speed fibre connection. The mature garden and woodland attached to the property offers a tranquil place to relax in the day and evening. The garden is available to guests, with table, chairs & BBQ. Artists or those who want to sit and watch the stunning scenery don’t even have to leave the garden. NOTE: Due to steep stairs, its not suitable for those with mobility issues.
