Les Hirondelles is a 19th century stone built house cool in summer and warm and centrally heated in the cooler months. It consists of two separate living areas. The first is accessed by stairs at the side of the house and contains two bedrooms (4 people), a living room, kitchen/diner, toilet and shower room. The second is access from the front of the house and contains two bedrooms (one separate and one linked. Toilet, shower room and utility area. Wi-fi is available throughout the house.
The garden is 900 square metres with grass, trees and bushes and is walled and fenced and is ideal for dogs.
The village has many amenities including restaurants, bakery, newsagent, post office, bank, florist, vingerons, hairdresser and church.
A 5 minute drive from the village are two supermarkets (Intermarche and Aldi), more restaurants, a bakery, DIY store, pet shop vets and doctors.
Beziers is the nearest big city and is about 20-30 minutes. Montpelier is an hours drive.
Other places worth visiting within a 2 or so hour drive are Carcassonne, Perpignan, Aigue Morte, Minervois, Millau, and northern Spain. You can also do a (long) day trip to Barcelona.
